Dachshund - Lucky - Small - Adult - Male - Dog
Happy, confident Lucky is a standard 6 year old "all dachshund" boy that likes pretty much everyone over the age of 10. Lucky is smart, strong, and loves to fetch balls and go for walks. He gets along with other dogs, but can be a bit pushy, testing his boundaries. However he seems to respond well if the other dog (or person) lets him know they've had enough. Currently, Lucky is learning a series of tricks and catches on quickly! He can roll over and sit up for a treat. He would do well in a home with structure. His ideal owner would have lots of doxie/dog experience and understand how to set good boundaries for him and re-enforce basic obedience so he can thrive. He is super affectionate and playful and ready for any adventure. He'll also be getting blood work and a dental before going to his new home.
