DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative support duties, as required, including but not limited to:
Maintains executives’ heavy schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences
Provide support to executives other than those assigned and executive assistant team as required
Composes correspondence/reports for executives
Creates and edits spreadsheet and presentation applications
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Finalize Powerpoint presentations for quarterly Board of Director meetings
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Administration of Construction Defect Claims with typical case load of 100 cases
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, and appointments
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
