Responsibilities:
- Collect, manage, and provide resolution of outstanding invoices for current and past due accounts
- Provide resolution of issues related to billing inquiries or disputes
- This is a "soft" collector position/reminder call - contacting current customers regarding missing invoices, so they DO NOT want to offend or drive business away
- Make about 40-50 outbound calls a day
